Hometown: Florence, Alabama

A loving papaw, dad, husband, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, friend, and last but not least son. He was the best at everything he ever attempted. He could run the tables in pool, and outshoot basketball players still in highschool. A die hard Earnhardt Sr. and Auburn Tigers fan! Outgoing and athletic, active in his families lives. Played with all three grandaughters 'til the sun went down or 'til they had a smile on their face. The day he was taken he was spending time with the ones he loved and was as happy as he could be. He was taken all to sudden. While moving some horses he was struck by a van at the end of his eldest daughters driveway and never regained consciousness, although he looked as if he'd layed down and went to sleep. There's not a minute that goes by that you don't cross our minds, we miss you dearly and can only imagine that you are watching out for all of us just as you did when you were here!
